We are looking for an enthusiastic person that will be a fundamental part of our company. We are looking for a hands-on technical support specialist that will contribute to the company’s success by making sure that all troviters have a delightful IT equipment experience and superb internal service. For this role, we envision someone that loves helping people.

If you always enjoyed playing with equipment, tearing computers apart and rebuilding them; if the first thing you do with a new app is investigate all of its configuration options; if you love setting up stuff and fixing it; if the grateful smile of a colleague that you just helped makes your day, then you definitely have the values that we are looking for!

What you will do:

  • You will be managing (purchase, installation, maintenance) the desktop IT equipment of the office, which includes user computers, peripherals and other related devices.
  • You will also be in charge of user accounts management for the general systems like GSuite, jira/confluence, Slack, AD, local services, etc.
  • You will be providing troviters hands-on support with any issues they have with that equipment and software systems.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve problems regarding office networking (VPN, TCP-IP, WAN, LAN…)
  • You will also be the liaison with our hardware providers for both office and data center equipment.

What we require of you:

  • You are an experienced IT support technician with experience working in highly changing environments with L1, L2 and L3 issues.
  • You enjoy hands-on tech work and helping others solve their IT issues.
  • You’re good at managing time and prioritizing requests.You’re proactive, motivated, and love challenges.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and are able to work in a English speaking environment.
